Precision Stitch & Ink offers direct to garment ink jet prints in a flash! We use one of the latest printers on the market—the DTG Viper—to quickly and easily print your full color designs on light and dark colored garments. There are NO color limits, and NO minimum order requirements and we can turn your order around fast. We do however, charge an art fee of $25 per hour. Most work is done in an hour and we will advise you prior to beginning how long we expect your art submission will take us to prepare for printing.

Direct to Garment Printing also has the ability to print very high detailed images. This process prints at resolutions as high as 1440dpi. Because Direct to Garment Printing images at high image resolutions, gradients, blends and high detail in graphics and photos can be reproduced. Just remember that we are printing on fabric not paper, so our outputs will have great detail but won't be the same detail as if it were printed on paper. The digital printing results also have a very soft to the hand feel because the water based ink literally absorbs right into the fibers of the garment. Plus, water based inks are environmental friendly!

All you need is a .jpeg, tiff, .eps, .bmp or other raster image type files with a decent resolution. (200 DPI or higher). Vector based .ai or .eps image files are best for Direct to Garment Printing. Because this is a digital process, we are able to offer unique variable data printing. Not only can we print your design in full color, but we can also personalize your design for a more unique lookthat delivers superior detail, vibrancy and
all while offering a level of consistency unheard of in other direct to garment printers. So, if you are looking for one shirt or other item or more for dital printing, Precision Stitch & Ink can do it!

Once you settle on your design, order quantity and shirt brand, you're almost done! All we need is your payment and proof approval. We require 50% down and 50% on delivery. Cash, Check or Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa). Please keep in mind that we can't start your order until we've got your payment, so sending a check or money order can delay your job by a few days. Schools that work on a PO system can request special payment arrangements.

10-14 Days; depending on garment and time of year. Estimated completion date will be quoted at the time of order.

There are no minimums for Digital Printing.

Once we've got your payment, you will get to see a proof copy of your custom design. Once you approve the proof, we can get your work order finalized and your turnaround clock officially starts. A sample of your completed art work will be placed on our secure customer gallery of this web site. Once the art work has been uploaded to your custom gallery, you will be provided a user name and password to access your artwork for approval.

We cannot guarantee the quality of the printing on customer supplied garments. Customers will be also required to sign a waiver that Precision Stitch & Ink is not responsible for replacing garments at their cost should damage occur during printing.

All products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days.
